Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
1.1 Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

To request a cancellation, email us at business@3rawn.com with your Order ID.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
1.2 After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

However, you may initiate a return after receiving the item (see Return section below).
2. Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges on eligible products. Please read the conditions below:
2.1 Eligibility

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

Unused and unwashed
-
In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
-
Not part of final sale, clearance, or non-returnable items (if applicable)

2.2 How to Initiate a Return

Email us at business@3rawn.com with your Order ID, item details, and reason for return.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (where available).
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit card).

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may ask for upi details or bank details to process the refund via NEFT/IMPS.
3.2 Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if:

The returned item does not meet our return conditions

The return request is raised after the return window has expired

The product shows signs of wear, washing, or damage
5. Exchange Policy
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Shipping Charges

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

In most cases, return shipping is free; however, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from your refund in certain circumstances.
